Tahukah anda, beberapa produk susu yang terjual di pasaran seperti keju atau produk tenusu yang lain (yogurt) yang mengandung kalsium yang tinggi akan membantu memutihkan dan menguatkan gigi kita. Jadi perbanyaklah mengambil makanan yang mengandung kalsium tinggi terutama susu.

oreo CHEESECAKE!!!!
Ingredients
2 packets of Oreo Just the normal one, not the double stuf
3 bricks of 250g cream cheese I prefer Philadelphia
3/4 cup of castor sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 tbsp butter, melted
3 eggs
Instructions
1) Take out the cream cheese bricks and let it soften for an hour or two
2) Preheat oven to 175'c and grease a 9 inch springform
3) Crush 1 and a half packet of oreos. I usually crush the oreos by putting them in a Ziploc bag using a rolling pin. Oh and no need to take out the white cream. It add more flavour to your cake. And I'd advise you double bag because the crushed oreos tend to penetrate the bag

Take about 1/3 of a cup out and set aside for later. Melt butter, and
mix well with the remaining crushed oreos for the base. Pour inside the
tin and even them out, pressing firmly with the back of a spoon
5) Put the softened cheese in a mixing bowl along with the sugar and vanilla essence. Mix at medium speed until the sugar has incorporated with the cheese
6) Add eggs one by one. Like you add one, mix until it dissolves then only add the next one
7) When everything is well blended, add in the 1/3 crushed oreos yang dah asingkan tadi. Stir well

Pour over the base in the tin. Pop in to the oven for 45 minutes. If
halfway through you see the top starting to brown a bit, just move the
cake down to a lower rack
9) After 45 mins, while its still hot, use the remaining 1/2 packet of oreos to decorate. You can decorate however you want. Leave it outside until it has cooled to room temp. Will probably take an hour. Then put it in the fridge for at least 3 hours before eating
soft cookies
Ingredients
2 1/4 cup of all purpose flour
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1 cup of butter, softened
1/2 cup of castor sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 cups of semisweet/milk chocolate chips
1 tsp salt
Instructions
1) Heat the oven to 180'c and line a baking tray with baking paper. If you don't have any baking papers, you can just butter up regular A4 papers
2) In a bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda
3) Combine both sugars and butter into an electronic mixing bowl and mix on medium speed until light and fluffy
4) Reduce speed and add in salt, eggs and vanilla extract for about a minute
5) Add flour, cup by cup, not all at once. And when its well mixed, stir in the chips by hand

Now since these are soft cookies, its best that they are big in size.
Place heaping TABLESPOON sized dough onto the baking paper. Make sure
the space between each dough balls all approximately 1.5-2 inch apart.
If they're too far apart, they'll be too flatten out. But if they're too
close, they'll stick to one another
7) Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes until the edges are brown but the centres are still soft. Leave to cool on the tray for 10 minutes before transferring onto a cooling rack

Ingredients
2 cups plain flour
2/3 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup castor sugar
170g unsalted butter, soften at room temp
1 large egg
1 large egg yolk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
160g Milk Choc M&M's
Instructions
1) Ensure the butter and eggs are at room temp. Don't let the butter be too soft though. Preheat oven to 170'c, line or lightly grease baking tray
2) Beat the butter with an electric mixer for about 1 minute, add in the sugars, continue beating until fluffy for about 2-3 minutes. Add in the eggs and vanilla essence, continue mixing for another 2 minutes until smooth
3) In a different bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda and salt together. Then gradually pour the dry mixture into the wet mixture while continue mixing until it forms a cookie dough

Use an ice cream scoop or a tablespoon to scoop balls of dough onto a
baking tray, then flatten them down with your fingers. Don't put too
much on one tray as the cookies spread wide
5) Arrange the M&M's on top of the cookie dough closely. Bake in the oven for 14 minutes, turn the tray half way

100g butter, softened
1/4 cup castor sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 and 3/4 cups all purpose flour
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
Instructions
1) Preheat oven to 180'c and line baking sheet with baking paper
2) Cream butter, castor sugar and brown sugar until smooth. Then continue mixing with the egg and vanilla essence until well mixed
3) Mix all purpose flour, cocoa powder and baking powder in a separate bowl. taking about 3 tbsp out to cover the chocolate chips with flour
4) Stir in the dry ingredients with the creamed butter and sugar to form a cookie dough. Then fold in the floured chocolate chips until well incorporated. Arrange teaspoons of balls on the tray and flatten them out with the back of a spoon
5) Bake for 12 minutes, let cool in the tray for a few minutes then transfer onto a cooling rack to cool completely
RED VELVET CAKE!!!!!
Red velvet!!!!
Ingredients
Cake
2 1/2 cups cake flour (or if can't find cake flour, make your own2 1/2 cup plain flour and 5 tbsp cornstarch (tepung jagung))
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup buttermilk (or make your own since kat Malaysia mahal gila, 1 cup fresh milk add in 1 tbsp lime extract, leave for 10 minutes)
2 tbsp red colouring
110g butter, room temp
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 large eggs, room temp
1 1/2 cups castor sugar
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp baking soda
Cream Cheese
500g cream cheese
1 cup icing sugar, sifted
1 tsp vanilla essence
250ml thickened cream
Instructions
Cake
1) Preheat oven at 180'c. Line two 9-inch springforms withbaking paper and grease the sides with butter
2) To make your own cake flour, take 2 1/2 of plain flour, put in a bowl. Then for each cup, take out 2 tbsp of the flour and masuk balik dlm plastic. So kira keluarkan balik 5 tbsp la for this. Then masuk 5 tbsp of cornstarch to ganti the flour tadi. Sift for about 5 times, so that the cornstarch incorporates with the plain flour
3) In a big bowl mix the flour, cocoa powder and salt
4) In another bowl, mix the buttermilk with the red colouring
5) In a mixer, mix the butter for about 2 minutes then add in the sugar and vanilla essence, beat for another 2-3 until fluffy. Next add in the eggs one by one. Masuk satu, mix, then baru lagi satu until smooth
6) Then masukkan the dry and wet mixture alternately. Start and ends with the flour mixture. So its like, 1/3 flour, 1/2 buttermilk, 1/3 flour, 1/2 buttermilk, 1/3 flour. Make sure u mix in between each addition
7) Bila dah smooth, ketepikan the bowl and get ready to pour in the tin. But not yet! In a small bowl, mix the vinegar with the baking soda. When it fizzles, add into the batter, the quickly fold with a spatula so that it mixes well. Then pour evenly into the cake tins and terus masuk oven. Bila dah masuk the fizzling vinegar+soda kena cepat2 masuk dalam oven
8) Bake in the oven for 20 mins or until a pick comes out clean. Let the cakes cool in the tins for 10 mins, then transfer onto a wire rack to let them cool to room temp. Then wrap the cakes individually with clingfold and simpan dalam fridge for at least an hour
Cream Cheese
1) Mix the cream and mascarpone cheese with a mixer until smooth
2) Add in the sugar and vanilla essence, continue mixing until smooth
3) Gradually add in the cream while mixing until u get a spreadable consistency. Kalau pekat sgt, add more cream. Kalau cair sgt, add more sugar
4) Simpan dalam fridge for at least an hour as well
5) After an hour, spread the icing ontop of the first cake, then letak the second cake atas dia. Then ice the cake and decorate it anyway u want
6) Refrigerate for at least another 2 hours so the icing sets in nicely

OH JERAWAT..
Jerawat kat DAHI
Haba badan yang melampau serta peredaran darah yang tidak baik menjadi punca kepada naiknya jerawat kat dahi kita. Orang yang ada jerawat kat dahinya selalunya memiliki sifat panas baran.
Untuk menghindari, dinasihatkan supaya menjadikan amalan untuk tidur awal serta bangun awal. Selain itu pastikan dapat tidur yang cukup dan minum air banyak.
Jerawat kat HIDUNG
Kalau jerawat di batang hidung, ianya bermaksud tulang belakang kita mungkin bermasalah. Jika ianya di hujung hidung mungkin disebabkan haba perut melampau dan sistem penghadaman yang tidak normal.
Dan jika di salah satu hujung hidung pula boleh dikaitkan dengan ovari atau sistem reproduksi yang mempunyai masalah.
Jerawat kat DAGU
Kalau jerawat tumbuh di dagu pula, berkemungkinan fungsi buah pinggang telah terjejas atau sistem endokrin (rembesan dalaman) lemah. Untuk kaum wanita yang mudah mendapat jerawat di sekitar dagu mungkin berpunca daripada haid yang tidak teratur dan sistem peranakan yang bermasalah.
Jerawat kat PIPI
Jika jerawat tumbuh di pipi kiri, fungsi hati mungkin kurang lancar seperti dilanda masalah rembesan, menyahtoksin dan penghasilan darah. Jika di sebelah pipi kanan, fungsi paru-paru berkemungkinan tidak normal.
Jerawat kat BADAN (Belakang dan Depan)
Bagi jerawat yang tumbuh di belakang atau depan badan ianya memberi petanda kemungkinan sistem perkumuhan bermasalah, seperti terkena sembelit. Dinasihatkan supaya mengamalkan pemakanan yang sihat bagi memastikan toksin tersingkir dengan lebih baik.
